Max Heal is an Exotic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0.
Development
Max Heal existed in the game files since the Firstlook test, but it was not implemented until version 2.0. Its original description was "Heals all Friendly Bloons to full Health". Its card art was replaced in the full release, despite it being unreleased. In version 1.2, its description was changed, and when it released in version 2.0, its card art was replaced again.
