Max Heal is an Exotic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. It heals up to 100 health for a target non-Large Bloon on either player's side. It can only be added to Adora decks.
The card art depicts Adora healing a Bloon on the Lotus Island map from Bloons TD 6.

- Because Max Heal cannot target Large Bloons, Max Heal's main use is healing partially damaged Double Bloons on your own side, mainly Double Ceramic Bloons. It's typically used to punish players for not fully popping non-Large Bloons.
- Despite being able to target opponent's Bloons, there's no tactic for this that isn't a hinderance.
- Compared to Bloon Repair Bot, Max Heal has one charge instead of two, and does not stun the target, allowing a 0-delay Bloon to attack with more potential damage.
- Adora is not ideal for aggro, moreso for midrange, and this card does not offer enough defensively or offensively compared to swarms of Bloons.
Development
[edit | edit source]This card existed in the data of Bloons Card Storm since the Firstlook test, though it went unused until version 2.0. The full release changed its card art and description, despite it remaining unused. Version 1.2 changed its description to its final description, and version 2.0 changed its card art and properties with its release. While it was always an Adora-exclusive card, it originally had a different effect.
