The MOAB Construction Facility is a Support Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. It is temporary and instead of being able to attack, each time the player plays a Large Bloon (not from the Storm), it consumes 1 ammo to reduce its delay by 1 but inflict 50 damage. It still consumes ammo if the played Large Bloon has 0 delay or if duplicated by Double Trouble. These attacks occur in order of when they were placed.

- MOAB Construction Facility's role is to speed up Large Bloons at the expensive of HP and initial investment in Monkey slots. However, the 50 lost HP is about as much damage as most early-game enemy defenses can do in a single turn, can be a big tradeoff for standard Large Bloons, and replacing other Monkeys can make your defenses vulnerable to a counterattack.
- Many players bring Ultra Rares that efficiently deal with groups and single-targets, such as Glaive Ricochet and MOAB Dominator, to offer enough leverage to perform a combo with MOAB Construction Facilities and one or two Quick Readys.
- For Large Bloons, it stands out in Zee Jay OTK decks, specifically with a highly scaled Rad Bloon.
- For standard Large Bloons, ZOMGs are an okay synergy. However, a maxed MOAB Construction Facility setup is difficult to obtain, and cannot be bought all in one turn (22 Gold, 12 to build 3 of this Factory).
- Lead Zeppelin takes less damage from each MOAB Construction Facility, losing only a total of 90 HP.
- The only 3-delay Large Bloons are Emboldened Bloon, Piñata Bloon, and Rad Bloon, and so a full MOAB Construction Facility setup would essentially convert the Emboldened and Piñata Bloons to 150 HP face damage, excluding shields, passives of Quincy or Adora, Hero Protection, or ARBITR.
- Since the Rad Bloon's HP is based on how many tokens are consumed, it has the potential to OTK an opponent at 11 tokens.
- Healing Bloon can offset the HP losses made from the MOAB Construction Facility before ending the turn.
- Do not play any Immobile Large Bloons while a MOAB Construction Facility still has remaining ammo, as these Bloons will simply take damage.
- Playing this card before using its ability and ending your turn makes it very vulnerable to Ceasefire and Whoops.
