Offense Best Defense is a Basic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 5.0. It reduces a target Monkey's Attack Power by 20, or removes it if it's a Defender. It can only be added to Amelia the Amazing decks.
Tips
- Best used on Amelia Aggro decks, which can use this card to eliminate problematic Defenders, while not having the card be a dead draw if the opponent lacks them. If no enemy Defenders are present, use this card on Monkeys which benefit from their attack stat more than others, such as Frag Bomb Shooter, Missile Launcher or Super Monkey.
- Lowering Attack Power of enemy Monkeys also opens the opportunity to use Bed Time on them. For instance, Mine Supervisor (40).
- Like most removal cards, removing a Monkey will leave an empty space for Expert Negotiator for the player affected.
