Hotkey

Hotkeys are keys on the keyboard that perform certain actions such as selecting some Tower or activating Abilities. In the Bloons TD series, hotkeys exist in the Flash and desktop versions of Bloons TD 4, Bloons TD 5, Bloons TD Battles, Bloons Monkey City, Bloons TD 6, Bloons Adventure Time TD, and Bloons TD Battles 2.

Introduced in v42.0, advanced hotkeys have more specific functions and are unassigned by default.

Trivia

• In the Flash version of Bloons 2, as well as Bloons 2 Christmas Expansion and Bloons 2 Spring Fling, the M key is supposed to function as a hotkey for activating Max Power, but it does not work due to a coding error.
