Absolute Zero is the Ice Monkey's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It grants the Ice Monkey an Activated Ability with a 45 second cooldown that:

• Freezes all non-MOAB-Class Bloons for 4 seconds that last through 2 layers
• Applies permafrost to all bloons (and MOAB-Class bloonsBloons Monkey City (multiplatform)), slowing them down by 50% for 2 layers

In the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City, it is extremely powerful because of its global slow to blimps including Bosses. It should be used in any Boss event going into Tiers 15 and higher as well as Contested Territory.

In the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City, it is practically useless and should not be used as it is not able to slow down MOAB-class Bloons or Bosses.
