Cyber Quincy is a Hero Alt of Quincy in Bloons TD Battles 2. He costs  2,000 and 40000 Hero Points quincy to unlock.

Cyber Quincy attacks by firing cybernetic arrows at Bloons that ricochet to nearby Bloons and can pass through line of sight blockers, hitting up to 4 Bloons per arrow. As he levels up, he gains access to his Cyber Shot ability, which increases his pierce and range and slightly increases his attack speed for a short time, the ability to shoot EMP arrows that deal plasma damage in a small blast radius, and his Cyber Storm ability, which heavily damages Bloons within a small area from anywhere on the map. Compared to Quincy, he's more focused on pierce and damage than attack speed.

Differences from Quincy

• Cyber Quincy's arrows ignore line of sight blockers.
• Cyber Quincy shoots EMP arrows that deal plasma damage instead of explosive arrows that deal explosion damage. This prevents them from damaging Purple Bloons but allows them to damage Black Bloons, Zebra Bloons, and DDTs.
• Cyber Quincy's level 3 Cyber Shot ability grants a significant amount of pierce and some extra range, but only a minor increase in attack speed compared to Quincy's 3x increase.
• Cyber Shot is not battle ready.
• Cyber Quincy's level 10 Cyber Storm ability lasts half as long as Quincy's with half the radius, but deals significantly more damage. It is Plasma type instead of Sharp, which means that it can damage DDTs.
• Levels 11 and 16 increase damage instead of attack speed.

Cyber Quincy's level 3 ability granting pierce and a small amount of attack speed instead of a substantial attack speed increase means that he is more equipped to handle large amounts of grouped Bloons, but in turn does less MOAB-class damage. Additionally, his level 7 emp blast and level 10 ability are Plasma type instead of Explosion and Sharp type respectively, which means that he is able to damage DDTs.

Abilities

Cyber Shot

This ability increases Cyber Quincy's main attack pierce by 15 (to 21 pierce). It also grants +5 range and a minor increase in attack speed. The ability has a 45 second cooldown, and has a duration of 6.5 seconds at level 3, which increases by 0.5 seconds per level (5 + 0.5 * level number). It is not battle ready unlike Quincy, with an initial cooldown of 11.25 seconds.

• Level 15 reduces the cooldown to 35 seconds, grants +30 pierce instead of +15, and increases the EMP explosion damage by 5x.

Cyber Storm

This ability creates an attack in a location based on Quincy's current targeting. Bloons within its 50r range have a 7.5% of being hit per frame, and they can be hit again after 0.05s. When hit, Bloons take 25 damage, with a +25 damage bonus for MOAB-class Bloons. The ability is battle ready, has a 60 second cooldown, and lasts 1.5 seconds.

• Level 18 reduces the cooldown to 50 seconds, increases damage to 35 and the MOAB-class damage bonus to +35, and increases the chance to hit per frame to 10%.
• Level 20 increases damage to 60, the MOAB-class damage bonus to +60, and the chance to hit per frame to 15%.

9	Base attack bounces to up to 8 targets.
10	Cyber Storm: A concentrated surge of cyber arrows rains down from above.
11	Arrows do increased damage.
12	Each arrow gets +1 pierce
13	Small range increase.
14	Arrows do more damage to MOAB class bloons.
15	Cyber Shot gains an extra 15 pierce and cooldown is reduced.
16	Arrows do increased damage.
17	Arrows last 25% longer, fires EMP arrows every 2nd shot.
18	Cyber Quincy attacks faster and Cyber Storm has a reduced cooldown and more damaging arrows.
19	Shoots 3 arrows at a time, each with more popping power.
20	Cyber Storm deals significantly more damage per arrow.
