Improved Fortification is a Basic Powercard in Bloons Card Storm. It increases the target Bloon's health by 150, at the cost of increasing its Delay by 1.
Bloons that trigger On Damaged effects (e.g. Growth Gas Bloon, Weakening Gas Bloon) benefit greatly from Improved Fortification. Because they have more health and stay longer, they can trigger these effects more times before being destroyed.
