Rubber Bullets is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6.
Strategy
The artifact is detrimental with Maim MOAB as that already immobilizes MOAB-class bloons but with much greater damage, so the artifact is only useful with the other Tier 4 sniper paths.
Rubber Bullets has an anti-synergy with One Shot, as Rubber Bullets make the sniper useless for damage.
