Battlefield Commission is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It removes the Heroes' ability to gain XP at the end of each round and instead they gain it by popping Bloons, the Rare version of the Artifact grants 1 XP per pop and the Legendary 2 XP. If they gain enough XP, Heroes will level-up in the middle of a round. This Artifact has no Common version.

This Artifact helps Heroes during the early stages to level up faster while they still are a significant part of the player's defense and the small Bloons are plentiful, but as the campaign progresses, the artifact will have diminishing returns if the Hero is not the tower that is popping the Bloons, as it will compete for them with the rest of the party which have easier access to powerful Artifacts. In endless CHIMPS mode, there is a point in the game where the Hero will be placed at Level 20 (for instance, about Stage 12 on the slowest-leveling Heroes), making the artifact irrelevant. One Monkey Army runs can also benefit from this Artifact as the Hero is the main attacking tower anyways and bypasses the end-of-round Hero XP penalty.
