Ability Stacking is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It allows towers that have an Activated Ability to store extra charges in exchange for increasing the cooldown time. Once the ability is recharged, it will restart the cooldown timer in the background and will grant an extra use of the ability when it is completed, showing as if the player had two towers with the same ability. If the tower has multiple abilities, the charges of each one will be stored independent from each other.

Higher rarity versions of this Artifact increase the amount of additional charges that can be stored and reduce the cooldown penalty, which is 20% for Common and Rare versions (despite what the game says) and 0% for the Legendary variant. Psi is not affected by the cooldown penalty.

  • One can pair this ability with stall towers to allow more time for the abilities to recharge.
  • Absolute Ability, Quickening Artifacts or Boosts, or other Artifacts that reduce ability cooldowns help to have the additional charges faster.
  • The player should not pair Innate Ability with this Artifact as activating abilities automatically defeats the purpose of Ability Stacking.
  • The extra charges granted stacks with Full Broadside on Monkey Pirates and Get to the Chopper on Support Chinooks.
  • This Artifact is very powerful with Striker Jones, as his level 10 Artillery Command ability will grant maximum ability charged to affected towers, allowing significantly more charges to be stored. At maximum charges on both abilities, a single MOAB Assassin can use its ability up to 6, 12, or 20 times in rapid succession (dealing 4,500, 9,000, or 15,000 total damage), depending on Artifact rarity.
