Bloons TD 6 Birthday Party is a Challenge Quest in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 37.0. The objective is to pop the Party Bloon at least ten times, though it can be popped more than that in a game to set a high score. The player has unlimited lives. The Party Bloon is a BAD with a mutation that makes it much slower and gives it the ability to respawn when popped with extra health. Specifically, it gains 2% HP, multiplicative, every time its HP reaches zero. The Party Bloon spawns at the left entrance of Quad, travels to the right entrance, makes a U-turn, and goes back to where it started before escaping. The game starts with Quincy, Striker Jones, Obyn Greenfoot, and three 2-0-0 Banana Farms, and the left and right removables are automatically removed. Gwendolin can be placed by the player and all towers and upgrades are available.

Dialogue
- At the start of the Quest
Patch It's a party for Bloons TD 6!
Patch Not everyone could make it, but my good friend Scoop decided to show up. Don't judge him for only making an appearance when there's a party.
Scoop Hey Patch, what a sweet party! There's Quincy on alert, and Obyn debating with Striker Jones as usual. Gwen said she would be here soon. |
Scoop This looks like a lot of fun - thanks Patch! I can see you put a lot of work into this! |
- After passing round 35
Scoop The Bloons are only here to party so don't worry at all about letting them escape. |
- After passing round 36
Scoop Awwwww yeah! It's not a party until Glue Rat's around! It brought some interesting news too. Apparently there's some sort of Party Bloon on its way! |
Patch Well sure - all of the Bloons are invited! |
- After passing round 37
Scoop That must be the Party Bloon! It's got a great costume on, so it can't be all BAD... |
Patch Seriously? |
Scoop Highest form of humor... |
- Upon completing the Quest
Scoop Oh boy! I'm glad I showed up for this party! |
