Druid is MagicMonkeycard in Bloons Card Storm. It is a defender that gains +20 ATK during the opponent's turn. Additionally, it restores up to 75 health for the player's Hero when it is played.
The card artwork portrays a Druid planting a seedling at a forest, accompanied by a capybara near the Druid, plus multiple birds perched on tree branches.
Druid's On Play effect guarantees healing on the turn it is played. Its main disadvantage is that it's less efficient than Quick Break while having relatively weak stats for a 2-delay Monkey (e.g. Sniper Monkey has 90 ATK).
Compared to the Tack Shooter, Druid costs 2 more and does the same on Defender (Tack does up to 70 damage on Defender), but comes with the advantage of the aforementioned On Play effect.
Its Common rarity makes it decent as an unlock for newer players when earned from random loot; however, it should be replaced with better options after unlocking more cards.
Before the Version 6.2 buffs to Druid's Health heal and Defender bonuses, playtesters of Version 6.2 deemed Druid a bad Monkey card due to being considered one of the weakest Defenders and having subpar base damage and healing.[1] A community playtester proposed its ATK to be increased from 50 to 60, Defender bonus increased from +10 to +20, and Heal buff from 50 to 100, but Ninja Kiwi reduced the Heal buff to +75 and removed the base ATK bonus.[2]
