Grand Saboteur is a Magic Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 6.0. While in play, it causes all Bloons summoned by the opponent to have 50 less health and max health. Any Bloons that start with 50 or less health immediately pop when summoned. This effect does not count as damage (e.g. Extractor Bloon), and it occurs before Hero passives such as Quincy's Perceptive Shot and Zee Jay's Passive Awesomeness. The Monkey itself is able to detect Camo Bloons. Only one of this card can be in the Collection.
The card artwork portrays a Grand Saboteur on top of a building during a full moon, emitting a purple aura.

- Grand Saboteur works well in control decks to limit the Health of incoming Bloons, but it also does enough damage to kill a stall from Red Bloon Apopalypse.
- Grand Saboteur is particularly effective against strategies that rely on many lower health Bloons. Using it against something like a Necromancer with Dart Arts Wizard will cause its spawns to be significantly less threatening.
- Grand Saboteur lowers the health of Pink Bloons enough (on any map other than Dark Castle or while fighting against any hero other than Ezili or Zee Jay) to where one shot from Tack Sprayer or Elite Defender can pop it, which allows them to pop 3 or 4 Pink Bloons before reloading.
- Grand Saboteur is an effective counter to OTK decks, forcing them to either run removal cards like Shrink, or to find more cards to pull off an OTK combo effectively.
- Since Grand Saboteur's effect does not do damage, the opponent cannot take advantage of On Damaged Bloons like Growth Gas Bloon.
- Against Mountain Obyn, this card causes his Sentinel Bloons to immediately pop, making their damage effect unavoidable, but it prevents him from using Sentinel Bloons to deter your Monkeys.
- The main attack is strong, dealing 75 damage with 1 delay and innate detection of Camo Bloons.
- Versus Dreadbloon, Grand Saboteur can be added to limit the Rock Bloon health such that common 1-delay Monkeys (e.g. Monkey Investigator and Berserker Brew) can destroy them in one shot, even with Stage 1 Phase 4 Dreadbloon (20 Armor on Rock Bloons) unless Bloon Health modifiers are present. Again, it's ideal when placed later on, preferably once Dreadbloon's aggression begins to run out by having a consistently low hand. It's also solid with Berserker Brew if better ATK options aren't available (e.g. Missile Launcher, Extra-Super Monkey).
