Greater Primary Quickening is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 48.0. t reduces the attack and ability cooldown of Primary Monkeys while also increasing their projectile speed. Higher rarity versions of this Artifact give larger bonuses and is equivalent to one stack of its Boost version across all rarities (with an extra 1% attack / ability cooldown bonus for the Common version, and +1% / −3% bonus for projectile speed in the Rare and Legendary variants, respectively).

The attack speed buff is useful for all Primary Monkeys, with bottom path Tack Shooters, Bomb Shooters and the middle path Desperado rifle and marking attacks benefiting the most from it. However, its applications for support are also interesting, allowing more consistency in general from Ice Monkeys and Glue Gunners. On the opposite side, top path Desperados are the only tower that does not have a great synergy with this buff due its reload mechanics. For abilities, this allow for higher uptime on Take Aim and Glue Strike abilities. Using Unification-like Artifacts can extend its benefits to all other non-Primary towers.
