MOAB Dominator is a PrimaryMonkeycard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. When played, a menu appears, prompting the player to increase the delay of any Large Bloon on screen by 2, including their own. If no Large Bloons are on screen, the on-play effect is ignored.
MOAB Dominator is typically best when timed against a threatening Large Bloon, befitting to its name. Naturally, pulling out the MOAB Dominator would be done at the mid-to-late game stages regardless, because of its high ammo and Attack Power with less reload than the Super Monkey.
If a certain blimp is threatening, a Return to Sender or Salvation (Adora only) can be used to re-play its On Play effect.
Avoid playing MOAB Dominator if the only Large Bloons are on your own side, as this forces MOAB Dominator to delay them.
