Missile Launcher is a PrimaryMonkeycard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. When it attacks, it attacks the target twice, and it removes armor from the target before dealing damage. If the first attack reduces the target's health to 0 or lower, the target still takes the second attack before it pops, and it still triggers effects that activate upon dealing damage (such as Growth Gas Bloons and Extractor Bloons). The second attack cannot be interrupted by being stunned after the first attack (e.g. targeting a Stun Gas Bloon).
An efficient but 3 Gold extra Bomb Shooter that does more damage against single targets and has a faster reload (2 instead of 3). Compared to MOAB Mauler, Missile Launcher synergizes better with both ammo and ATK buffs, but lacks extra Ammo to pick different targets.
Against Bosses, Berserker Brew allows Missile Launcher to do extreme Boss damage, and can wipe out an entire phase in a single turn.
Missile Launcher has the highest damage per shot to a single target out of any non-Unique Monkey that doesn't having scaling mechanics, even the MOAB Mauler versus Large Bloons (110 instead of 120).
While being Rare doesn't normally affect gameplay, it does affect Rare Power, which saturates the pool of Rares against other Rares like Quick Ready.
