Necromancer is a Magic Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm. Instead of attacking, it heals up to 25 health for a random damaged Bloon on the player's side at the start of each turn, and summons a Zombie Blue Bloon at the end of each turn (without generating Bloontonium), which decrements its delay on the same turn.

- After Version 6.0, Necromancer is a strong offensive monkey with powerful synergizers to help him. Using Dart Arts Wizard is essential for decks that rely on Necromancer, as its buff gives each Zombie Blue Necromancer spawns a total of +60 health.
- Ezili buffs all of the spawned Zombie Blues by a total of +20 health, making her a strong synergizer with Necromancer.
- Zombie Blue Bloons being constantly spawned can easily fill up the board quickly due to their high delay and revive. Don’t use Necromancer if your strategy revolves around sending constant Large Bloons at your opponent, as the board will be flooded with weaker Zombie Blues.
- Zee Jay has decent synergy from Necromancer by ensuring he always makes Rad Tokens after every round (unless the queue is full).
- If using a strategy revolving around Necromancer, consider bringing a card like Return to Sender or Shrink to deal with counters like Grand Saboteur, Blade Maelstrom or Glaive Ricochet.
