First Strike Capability is the Monkey Sub's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in the mobile version of Bloons Monkey City. It unlocks an Activated Ability that sends out a First Strike missile from the sub that always targets strong. The missile spreads 6,000 damage on all targets it hits.
