Strategy
A solid tower for the late game and excels at grouped MOAB popping power, saving up to this can well reward you by clearing the rest of the Bloons on the tile being captured. While there can be better options for single target ZOMG damage, it's still a strong enough upgrade that it can be used almost anywhere.
You can also use the Monkey Fort bug to effectively double the damage to explosives.
