Level	Description
1	Hacks in $100 every round.
2	Generates $150 per round instead of $100.
3	Biohack: 6 closest Monkeys pop 2 extra layers per attack for 6 seconds. Affected Monkeys can't attack for 2 seconds after effect ends.
4	Skimming - earns +$1 for every new natural bloon spawned.
5	Bank Hack - all banks and marketplaces earn +12% income. Income increased to $250 per round.
6	Boost Hack - Bloon and Tower Boost cooldowns are reduced by 20%.
7	Bloon Trojan - Every few seconds sends a Trojan software virus to random bloon. Affected bloon spawns no children when destroyed.
8	Income increased to $400 per round.
9	Bank hack increased to 18%
10	Syphon Funding: Downgrades most newly spawned bloons, including up to 10 ZOMGs, by 1 rank. Lasts 17 seconds.
11	Income increased to $800 per round.
12	Skimming increased to $2 per bloon.
13	Biohack increases bonus damage and affects 8 Monkeys for 8 seconds.
14	Boost Hack enables an additional Tower and Bloon boost each game.
15	Income increased to $2000 per round.
16	Bloon Trojan is sent more often.
17	Income increased to $4000 per round.
18	Bloon Trojan can affect BFB and DDT bloons.
19	Biohack lasts 9 seconds and affected Monkeys pop 4 extra layers instead of 3.
20	Syphon Funding can now affect DDTs and has a faster cooldown.
