Full Metal Jacket is the Sniper Monkey's path 1 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD 5. It increases the Sniper Monkey's damage from 2 to 4 and allows it to pop Lead Bloons and frozen Bloons. In the Flash version and Deluxe, the Sniper Monkey can already pop frozen without this upgrade, despite what its description implies.
