Glue Storm is a Basic Power card in Bloons Card Storm. It increases the Delay of all Bloons currently in play on both sides by 1.

- This card gives a downside in which YOUR bloons get delayed as well. However this card has a neutral effect for bloons like Strengthenator and Aura of Strength bloon as they already get their delay increased, and has a good effect on bloons that have an "on turn start" effect, such as Rad Bloon or Steady Growth Bloon. This also works very well with Buddy Bloon and Extractor Bloon, as this makes your opponent's strongest monkey have no strength for a longer time, and Extractor Bloon gives you more time to damage enemy bloons to increase your Extractor Bloon's HP to make Extractor Bloon hit face with higher damage.
- As Glue Storm increases the delay of the user's bloons as well as the opponent's, Glue Storm should not be used if the player has 0 delay bloons on their side, unless the opponent will guarantee a victory without the use of Glue Storm.
- Glue Storm can be used for clogging the opponent's board so that they cannot play as many bloons, or so that storm spawns cannot spawn on their side. It pairs well with Red Bloon Apopalypse for this reason.
