Silas is a monkey character in Bloons TD 6. He is an "Ice Shaper"[1] and has been described as an Ice Monkey capable of using magic[2].
Gameplay
Silas is an upcoming Hero in Bloons TD 6 to be introduced in version 50.0[3], he excels at handling large groups of Bloons and provides support to the defense by slowing them down through diverse methods and also features great synergy with Ice Monkeys. He is capable of freezing water around him and reduces of speed of Bloons in his radius like an Arctic Wind, his main attack consists of launching magical spheres of ice to the Bloons, which reduces their speed and freezes them, creating additional explosions if its target is already frozen. As he levels up, he provides buffs to Ice Monkeys, increases its own XP gain by being near them, creates Ice Walls that freezes nearby Bloons and reduces the immunity of White Bloons to ice attacks.

Appearance
Silas has dark periwinkle skin, blue eyes, purple horns, and white fur with long hair in a bang covering his right eye. He wears a purple hood and a purple scarf.

Announcement
Silas was announced in the update notes for version 49.0, though it revealed little about him other than that he is a "Vanilla Ice Ice Hero".
TikTok teasers
Ninja Kiwi released multiple short teaser videos on their TikTok page where they attempt to conduct an interview with Silas, who hides in the company office's refrigerator before running off into the mountains, with the final video showing his unlock splash screen. These videos also revealed the gift codes SILAS and ICEBLOCK .
