Logs is considered to be the easiest map in BTD6 due to its very long length, great abundance of placements with good coverage, and many intersections. Contrary to popular belief, Bloons/blimps can take damage while under the logs, so all of the length on this map can be taken advantage of. Therefore, Logs is ideal for [[Freeplay]] and achievements such as [[2TC]] and [[2 MegaPops]]. In fact, Logs has the highest number of 2TC completions, highest number of 2 MegaPops completions, and cheapest CHIMPS completion ever (1215 spent, so only Corvus and a 0-0-0 Dart). As shown by the number of 2TC completions, Logs has arguably the widest variety of working strategies out of all maps in BTD6, and can be beaten easily using general guidelines below. | Logs is considered to be the easiest map in BTD6 due to its very long length, great abundance of placements with good coverage, and many intersections. Logs is a Beginner map in Bloons TD 6. It takes place in a swamp with hollowed-out logs that act as line of sight blockers.
Layout
[edit | edit source]Logs is the second longest map in BTD6, only after Scrapyard. Bloons enter from the top-left and exit at the bottom-left. There is a small pond in the middle with good coverage, and 5 Monkey Subs/Mermonkeys or 4 Monkey Buccaneers can fit there. There are 6 logs on this map, with all of them blocking line-of-sight, but towers unaffected by line-of-sight blockers can still damage Bloons/blimps under the logs.
Strategy
[edit | edit source]Logs is considered to be the easiest map in BTD6 due to its very long length, great abundance of placements with good coverage, and many intersections. Contrary to popular belief, Bloons/blimps can take damage while under the logs, so all of the length on this map can be taken advantage of. Therefore, Logs is ideal for Freeplay and achievements such as 2TC and 2 MegaPops. In fact, Logs has the highest number of 2TC completions, highest number of 2 MegaPops completions, and cheapest CHIMPS completion ever ($1215 spent, so only Corvus and a 0-0-0 Dart). As shown by the number of 2TC completions, Logs has arguably the widest variety of working strategies out of all maps in BTD6, and can be beaten easily using general guidelines below.
Basic Deflation strategies
Basic Apopalypse strategies
Basic Half Cash strategies
Basic Alternate Bloons Rounds strategies
Basic Impoppable strategies
Basic CHIMPS strategies
The extreme amount of coverage that towers in the middle have make certain towers excel.

|---|---|---|
| Destroyer | The central pond has extremely wide coverage and is surrounded by the track on all sides, allowing the guns on both sides of Destroyer activate almost constantly. With the 3-2-0 crosspath, paired with Berserker Brew, and given Camo detection, it wipes the floor with the mid-game with ease and save up large amounts of money for a win condition that powers through the late-game on this map, such as Glaive Lord, Pirate Lord, and its own Tier 5, Carrier Flagship. | |
| Pirate Lord | Like Destroyer, Pirate Lord can activate both of its guns constantly when placed in the central pool, allowing it to perform exceptionally well. It deals solid damage all-around throughout the course of the game, with its single-target weakness being mostly patched by its hook ability. Admiral Brickell is the optimal Hero for Pirate Lord, as her Naval Tactics ability greatly boosts Pirate Lord's damage and allows its bombs and frags to damage DDTs. Her Mega Mines ability ensures victory against the BAD. The 2-5-0 Pirate Lord, when paired with Admiral Brickell, a 2-2-0 Monkey Village, Stronger Stimulant, and minimal additional support, can easily defeat CHIMPS with $100,000 spare. |
