The Weapon Enhancer Bloon is an Advanced Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. It increases the Attack Power of all Monkeys on the player's side by 10 while in play.
As this Bloon has infinite delay, it cannot be affected by delay modifiers (e.g. Quick Ready, Slowing Bloon), but can still be targeted by delay modifiers, and always stays towards the back of the queue.
