It reduces the Artifact Power cost of the next four Artifacts the player purchases from a Merchant, after obtaining this Artifact, by 1. Additionally, when sold to Merchants, this Artifact is worth 6 Artifact Power instead of 3. This artifact crashed the game when entering Rogue Legends with Gadgeteer Geraldo in version 55.0, and was removed in 55.1.
