Fusty the Snowman is a Hero Alt of Pat Fusty in Bloons TD Battles 2, introduced in version 1.7. He costs  5,000 Monkey Money and 40,000 Pat Fusty Hero Points to unlock.

Frozen-popping buff

At Level 2, Fusty the Snowman allows all towers to damage Frozen Bloons. However, he will not grant the targeting of Frozen Bloons; Ice Monkeys and other freezing attacks remain unaffected.

Abilities

Chilling Cheer

Chilling Cheer is unlocked at level 3. It temporarily buffs Fusty the Snowman and all nearby Ice Monkeys, increasing their damage and attack speed and allowing them to pop all Bloon types for a short time. Starting at level 8, it also allows Ice Monkeys to target and deal damage to MOAB-Class Bloons, dealing ×3 damage to them (applied after the additive buffs from Chilling Cheer), and allows Arctic Wind's slowing aura to slow MOAB-Class Bloons by 33%. It has a 50-second cooldown and starts with a 12-second cooldown.

Initially, the effect has a range of 60 units and increases damage by 1, reduces attack cooldown by 15% (increasing attack speed by ~17.6%), and lasts for 7 seconds. Starting at level 14, its buff range increases to 70 units, it increases damage by 3 instead of 1, it reduces attack cooldowns by 50% (doubling attack speed) instead of 15%, and it lasts for 9 seconds instead of 7.

Crushing Ice

Crushing Ice allows Fusty the Snowman to squeeze a visible MOAB-class bloon other than a BAD, and once released produces a high-damage snow blast that freezes nearby bloons. While squeezing, he disables his main attack cannot activate Chilling Cheer, but all slowable bloons around his radius will move much slower.

1	Fusty slams bloons into the ground.
2	Increase radius of slam attack and allows all monkeys to pop frozen bloons.
3	Chilling Cheer: All nearby Ice Monkeys gain extra damage and speed for a short time.
4	Increased attack speed.
5	Sometimes does a powerful slap that pushes bloons away from the exit. Frozen bloons hit explode in shards of ice.
6	Bloons struck by Fusty are frozen for a short time.
7	Increased popping power and damage.
8	Increased attack range. Chilling Cheer lets Ice Monkeys hit MOABs and do x3 damage to them.
9	Increased attack speed. All Ice Monkeys can pop white and zebra bloons.
10	Crushing Ice: Grabs a MOAB, BFB, DDT (if visible), or ZOMG and crushes it until it bursts in a cloud of freezing snow. Nearby Bloons are slowed while he does it.
11	Attack pops more layers.
12	Increased attack speed.
13	Attack freezes bloons for longer and can freeze MOAB class bloons very briefly.
14	Chilling Cheer increased radius and duration and increased damage and attack speed of ice monkeys.
15	Slap attack can affect more bloons.
16	Increased attack range and bonus damage to ceramic and MOAB class bloons.
17	Increased attack speed.
18	Increased popping power.
19	Attack pops more layers.
20	Crushing Ice can grab several big Bloons at once and creates a bigger and more powerful snow burst. Nearby Bloons are slowed even more.
