The card artwork depicts Amelia the Amazing zapping the ground with her wand, between two Tack Shooters. Both operators of the Tack Shooters peek out to see it, presumably witnessing the disappearance of another Tack Shooter. Amelia has a sneaky but confident smile.
Offense Best Defense is best used in Amelia Aggro decks, which can use this card to eliminate Defenders while not having the card be a dead draw if the opponent lacks them. If no enemy Defenders are present, use this card on Monkeys which benefit from their attack stat more than others, such as Frag Bomb Shooter or Missile Launcher.
Offense Best Defense can be used in Amelia burn decks to get rid of enemy defenders. It’s cheap cost means that playing a Bloon like Pink Bloon isn’t too costly to do.
Although not awful, Amelia already having the capability of removing enemy Monkeys means that this card is often not as useful as it would be anticipated to be. It is still a solid addition in Aggro or Burn decks, but be aware that it may take up deckslots unnecessarily.
Lowering Attack Power of enemy Monkeys also opens the opportunity to use Bed Time on them, although keep in mind that this is a two-card combo that costs more than just using Shrink.
Like most removal cards, removing a Monkey will leave an empty space for Expert Negotiator for the player affected.
