Ballistic Missile is the Monkey Sub's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City. It shoots a global range Missile every 2 seconds that deals 3 damage (but cannot penetrate multiple layers) in an area of effect to up to 90 Bloons at a time.

Strategy

Ballistic missiles are very slow and only do bonus damage to Ceramics and higher, making them not cost-effective and not to be relied against Ceramic and MOAB rushes. Multiple Airburst Darts are usually better because of their consistent rate and better pierce synergies. As such, players should instead spam Airburst Darts and only upgrade them to Ballistic Missile once all Subs are placed down.
