Arctic Wind is the Ice Monkey's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It increases the range (and AOE) of the Ice Tower's freeze by 40% and adds an arctic wind to the tower with a slightly larger range that slows bloons every 0.05 seconds to 25% speed for 2 seconds (which allows bloons to be slowed briefly after leaving the wind's range).

Strategy
Arctic Wind has a very consistent slowdown that clumps Bloons and keeps them in range of its freezes and other towers. Outside of Ice-favored terrains, it is often cheaper to get a Glue Hose, but an Arctic Wind can concentrate slowdown in a small area to clump up bloons for towers like Cluster Bombs.
