Strategy

The extra attack speed from Jungle Drums is an extremely helpful buff for improving DPS, and especially assists already high-DPS towers, and should almost always be obtained to strengthen a defense further for cheap. Like other Village upgrades, however, it may be wise to hold back on buying it until after an established starting defense is placed, in order to not waste the buff.

Note that Super Monkeys, Bloonchippers, and other towers near the speed cap on the Flash version, like Spectre and Super Monkey Fan Club, may not benefit from drums. When using other towers outside of them, it's still a valuable buff to include.
