MOAB-SHREDR Spikes is the Spike Factory's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It shoots spikes 27% faster than the previous upgrade (71% faster on the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City) and each spike does +3 damage to MOAB-Class Bloons. The damage done to MOAB-Class Bloons is increased by increments of +20%, up to +60%, with Monkey Knowledge (specifically Ranks 4, 9, and 14).

Strategy
MOAB-SHREDR Spikes gives a significant boost in MOAB-class damage, especially with MK (including Ranks 1, 4, 6, 9, 11, and 14), but due to spikes being still vulnerable to normal Bloons, it can only shred up to one blimp before getting destroyed by normal Bloons. However, some maps such as Clover allow the spikes to shred blimps without ever touching normal Bloons until further ahead the path. It is significantly more effective in the Flash version with its much higher attack speed, but remains useful in the multiplatform version. MOAB-SHREDR Spikes is also important in the Glue-Ice-Spactory combo for Monkey Teams, as neither of the other members have a way to reliably hit MOABs (especially whenever Ice Shards runs out of Bloons to shard).
Always have at least Bigger Stacks to maximize spikes. White Hot Spikes is important when dealing with DDTs in the Flash version, but optional otherwise. Note that due to a bug, the multiplatform version causes Lead immunities to consume whole spikes from MOAB-SHREDR Spikes even if they can pop Leads through external buffs, so against Dreadbloon it's still required to purchase instead of using a Monkey Intelligence Bureau.
