Lead Coating Factory is a Support Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. It is temporary and instead of being able to attack, each time the player plays a Bloon, it consumes 1 ammo to increase that Bloon's Armor by 10.
The card artwork depicts a Lead Coating Factory applying a lead coating onto a Green Bloon. A Red Bloon is behind the queue of Bloons, and a Lead Bloon in front of the queue. The background is set at lava with magma platforms.

- Lead Coating Factory is a useful support that allows up to 4 friendly Bloons to improve their resistance versus low-hit attacks such as masses of Barrel of Monkeys. Its cheap cost makes it the cheapest way to put Armor on any friendly Bloon, only costing 1 Gold plus whatever the affected Bloon costs.
- Due to it being so cheap and giving a low amount of Armor, Lead Coating Factory is best used in Aggro strategies that want to deal with cards such as Barrel of Monkeys or other low damaging attackers. It can be used to improve the effective health of Bloons such as Blooming Bloon, Yellow Bloon, Strike Bloon, or other general Aggro Bloons.
- Combining Lead Coating Factory with other Armored Bloons such as Lead Bloon can make them fully immune to some attacks from low damage Monkeys like the ones from Barrel of Monkeys, Bloontonium Miner, or Triple Shot. Using multiple Armor cards together does make the Bloon weaker to Armor Piercing, however.
- For a bit more Gold, Mass Lead Production can be used to give all of your friendly Bloons +15 Armor rather than +10. This can affect more Bloons and is stronger of an effect, but the higher Gold cost and ability to only be used after Bloons have been played still make Lead Coating Factory a viable option in Aggro decks over Mass Lead Production.

Development
A cost buff to make it compete versus Mass Lead Production as a more proactive option instead of reactive, and to rival Ceramic Glazing Kiln as a cheaper option in aggro that adds resistance instead of direct Health.[1] A comment by OdysseyTOS in their tester commentary suggests that Lead Bloons with Lead Coating Factory may become viable as a way to stop Barrel of Monkeys.[1]
