Fast and Loose is an Advanced Powercard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 3.0. It allows the player to draw three cards and choose one to add to their hand. If the selected card costs 3 Gold or less, Zee Jay gains 2 Rad Tokens. Cards that only cost Bloontonium count as if they cost 0 Gold. The other two cards are sent to the bottom of the deck. It can only be used in Zee Jay decks.

Fast and Loose is generally more suitable for aggro, because picking a lower Gold cost card may also fund the strength of a new Rad Bloon, which could further exhaust the opponent of their resources.
If an opponent's Zee Jay uses Fast and Loose, his selected card may give you some clues. If he does the "gain" animation, his card costs 3 Gold or less. Hearing the "draw" sound effect indicates the contrary.
