Laser Cannon is a consistent attacker with very high attack speed and pierce for the cost, with the only caveat being the need to micro to take advantage of it.
Powerful Darts isn't necessary for the base Laser Cannon unless it transitioned from Faster Barrel Spin, but Depleted Bloontonium can be useful to deal with Leads and DDT.
