Seeking Shuriken is beneficial to hit Bloons and maximize pierce. Its seeking is very accurate, being able to reliably hit fast-moving Bloons such as Yellows and Pinks. Maximizing pierce with Sharp Shurikens, Ninja's Monkey Knowledge (specifically, Ranks 3, 8, 13), and Monkey Fort are beneficial for the shurikens, which lack pierce.
