Rapid Shot is Basic Powercard in Bloons Card Storm. It deals 40 damage to 5 random Bloons on the opponent's side, for up to 200 damage in total. It targets a random Bloon each time, but it can target the same Bloon multiple times. It does not take into account Bloons created while using the card (e.g. Nested Bloons). It can be used if there are no Bloons on the opponent's side, though doing so simply consumes the card without triggering the effect. It can only be used in Quincy decks.
Compared to Storm Of Arrows, which also has randomness, Rapid Shot is generally better on lots of weaker bloons or a single bloon. However, its maximum damage is still lower.
Rapid Shot can do up to 200 damage, whereas Storm Of Arrows does up to 240 damage. However, Storm Of Arrows can waste its damage more easily by targeting Bloons with low health.
Rapid Shot improved ― Deals 30 damage to a random enemy bloon 3 times → Deals 40 damage to a random enemy bloon 4 times
