A niche card that is mainly for anti-property tech. Since most Camo, Regrow, and Armored Bloons aren't particularly threatening and can be countered in many other ways, this card is not recommended.
Aggro decks tend to prefer propertyless Bloon swarms or special Bloons that Heartstopper can't affect (e.g. Steady Growth Bloon, Double Yellow Bloon), only a few late-game Bloons (specifically The Regenerator, Lead Zeppelin, and DDT) have particularly threatening Bloon properties that Heartstopper can affect (Camo, Regrow, or Armored), and newbie decks often lack Bloons with any property.
Targeting own Bloons with Heartstopper is not recommended unless wanting to force the opponent to only target specific Camo Bloons in a board with only Camos, and even that's not justifiable.
