Arcane Master is a MagicMonkeycard in Bloons Card Storm. When it attacks, it fires two additional projectiles at up to two random Bloons on the opponent's side. Additionally, when this Monkey reloads and if the player's hand is not full, it creates a Yellow Bloon card with only one charge in the player's hand. The created Bloon is added before the start of turn card draw.
The secondary projectiles are considered "attacks" and thus can have their Attack Power be modified by effects like Gwendolin's Heat It Up or Weakening Gas Bloons, though if given Armor Piercing by an Acidic Mix Alchemist, only the main projectile can remove Armor. Multiple projectiles cannot target the same Bloon, and if there are less than three Bloons on the opponent's side, it will only fire as many projectiles as there are Bloons it can target. While the main attack can target Boss Bloons as normal, the additional projectiles cannot.
The card artwork depicts the Arcane Master standing in a dark cavern cobbled with purple-blue hexagonal tiles. The staff's orb illuminates the vicinity as the Arcane Master begins to cast a spell.
Like Triple Shot, Arcane Master is best used if there are multiple bloons on screen. However, unless there are three or fewer bloons on the opponent's side, you must account for randomness. Target the Bloon that you want to guarantee gets hit.
If there's only one target on screen, it might be useful to still let it attack, but not unless there's going to be another Bloon(s) coming soon.
Because all its projectiles benefit from Attack Power buffs, it synergizes well with damage boosts such as Gwendolin's Heat It Up or the Monkey Village.
The extra Yellow Bloon upon reloading the Arcane Master can allow you to constantly supply your hand with Bloon cards. You can use that Yellow Bloon to apply minor pressure to the opponent and/or give Bloontonium for your Hero.
Be sure to have 6 or fewer cards in your hand in advance before Arcane Master reloads in order to get both the Yellow and a new card. 7 in a hand will only grant the Yellow.
The Yellow can be used to clog your hand to prevent decking out.
Avoid bringing this card with The Eternal, as The Eternal can provide an alternative, much stronger infinite Bloon supply to keep pressure up.
If reloaded at the start of a round, the generated Yellow Bloon now occurs before drawing from the deck. (undocumented)
Development
This card existed in the data of Bloons Card Storm since the Firstlook test, and was originally named "Arcane Mastery", though it went unused until the full release. The full release changed its effect and stats.

Trivia
If an Expert Negotiator steals an Arcane Master, the card back for its generated Yellow Bloons will inherit its original owner.
