Monkey Intelligence Bureau is the Monkey Village's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It now allows all monkeys to pop all bloon types. Additionally on the Flash Version of Bloons Monkey City, this tower grants +2 pierce to all monkeys instead of +1. In the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City, it has a damage type oversight that involves applying MOAB-class damage bonuses to Ceramic damage bonuses and vice versa.

Strategy
On the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City, MIB is especially useful against the numerous tiles with DDTs on them, allowing all towers to hit them. It is often a staple of defenses as not many towers can hit DDTs without it. MIB with Jungle Drums can also enable an Arctic Wind to fully cleanup all Bloon types on its own, due to the re-freeze mechanic on flash.
On the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City, due to DDTs not having lead or black properties, and Ice Monkeys not having re-freeze, this upgrade has limited use cases as it is overpriced for simple lead popping support. Instead, players can abuse the damage type oversight and spam Juggernauts around an MIB to deal massive MOAB and Ceramic damage.
