Converts the Dart Monkey into a Spike-o-pult, a powerful tower that hurls a large spiked ball instead of darts. Good range, but slower attack speed. Each ball can pop 18 bloons.
Spike-O-Pult (parsed Spike-o-pult in the Flash releases) is the Dart Monkey's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It replaces the dart attack with a catapult that fires spiked balls. These spiked balls pop 18 bloons, have increased projectile lifespan, reduced projectile speed, and reduced attack speed.

Strategy
Usually Spike-O-Pult is not used due to its reduction in attack speed frequently being more detrimental over the increased pierce. If using this tower it is best placed on straight lines to maximize its pierce. This tower is usually outclassed by other high pierce towers such as Bomb Shooter or Boomerang Thrower.
