Spectre is the Monkey Ace's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It converts the attacks of the previous upgrade to fire a constant straight shot stream of darts and bombs towards the closest Bloon to the Spectre.

Strategy
A solid tower for the late game and excels at grouped MOAB popping power, saving up to this can well reward the player by clearing the rest of the Bloons on the tile being captured. While there can be better options for single target ZOMG damage, it's still a strong enough upgrade that it can be used almost anywhere.
One can also use the Monkey Fort bug to effectively double the damage of the explosives.
