Cyber Quincy is a Hero Skin for Quincy in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 5.0. It costs 
2,500 to unlock. Cyber Quincy becomes a cyborg who speaks in a robotic voice.
In Rogue Legends, Cyber Quincy offers a 0-0-2 Dartling Gunner, 1-0-0 Sniper Monkey, and the Cold Steel Common as the starting party.

Strategy
For Rogue Legends, Cyber Quincy is more flexible on maps that have range issues, but less flexible local-ranged towers when compared to normal Quincy.
Cosmetically, Cyber Quincy doesn't have any notable quality-of-life features.
