Fast and Loose is an Advanced Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 3.0. It allows the player to pick from three cards. If player picks a card that costs 3 Gold or less, or costs Bloontonium instead of Gold, Zee Jay gains 2 Rad Tokens. It can only be added to Zee Jay decks.
- Fast and Loose is preferred in midrange and OTK decks, allowing him to pick wincons more easily. Bonus Rad Tokens on cheaper cards will fund Rad Tokens to be used for Rad Enhancements or Rad Bloon. Decide whether investing in Rad Tokens is better than just picking a card as normal.
- Equipping multiple Fast and Looses is useful as picking a Fast and Loose also provides tokens while shuffling the other two cards to the bottom of the deck.
- If an opponent's Zee Jay uses Fast and Loose, his selected card may give you some clues. If the Rad Token counter goes up (look for a brief glow immediately after his picking), his card costs 3 Gold or less, or is a Bloontonium card.
