Increased Accuracy is the Mortar Monkey's path 1 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It reduces the spread of its shells from 60 units to 30 units, effectively doubling its accuracy. In the Flash version, it reduces spread to 20 units, effectively tripling its accuracy.
