First Strike Capability is the Monkey Sub's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City. It unlocks an Activated Ability that sends out a First Strike missile from the sub that always targets strong. The missile spreads 6,000 damage on all targets it hits.

Due to an error, the activated ability stops being activate-able at the final round of a Monkey v Monkey defense.

In Contested Territory, multiple First Strikes combined with Bloontonium Reactor stacking can result in a strong, consistent damage output to ZOMGs on tracks with limited land space and lots of water space, like Percent and Bad Mirror.

On tiles, First Strike is an expensive but quick way to deal with ZOMGs, limited by the amount of tracks that have water. Note that due to the error, it cannot be used to destroy the last ZOMG of an MVM defense, thus making it useless there.
