Full Wolf armies will benefit from this card the most. With all three of this card, they'll do 60 damage per turn, which rivals most 1-delay Monkeys, not including certain Ultra Rare Monkeys (e.g. Total Transformation Monkey, Sun Temple). It's even better with Dire Wolf, which will synergize well with its splash damage, for up to 80 ATK with three Howls alone.
