Starting Strong is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It reduces the attack cooldown of Monkeys during the first 20 seconds of each round. Higher rarities reduces the attack cooldown further, with the Common having a 11% bonus, Rare 15% and Legendary 30%, resulting in an attack speed increase of 12%, 18% and 43%, respectively.

This temporary attack boost is mostly only used to offset the drawback of Slow And Steady, as the 20s duration is not long enough to handle the longer rounds in Rogue Legends, although it can be used as a small buffer to handle DDTs or other fast Bloons and spread slowdown effects when used in conjunction with most Spike Factories, as their spikes are cleared at the end of the round.
In Race and Endurance Race Mini Games, the player can manipulate when Rounds start so this effect is always active, and it is also useful in Mini Bosses as a new round begins on each pop.
