MOAB Strike is used similarly to Bloon Strike, but more expensive. However, using Amelia the Amazing's Act of Power to lower the cost of this card to 3 Gold can make it more efficient. MOAB Strike is generally more practical than Bloon Strike in burn decks, since it's compact in a single card, and its higher rarity is sometimes a blessing in disguise because it would less likely brick your hand.
There are more cost-efficient ways to deal the same amount of damage or more to the enemy Hero than a MOAB Strike, however the MOAB Strike should be supplementary to existing aggression.
A Pink Bloon usually does the job of finishing off a low-HP opponent, if not accounting for Defenders, enemy Quincy's passive, Adora's passive, or Hero Protection, for 3 less Gold, and additionally is capable of gaining health buffs.
Hastening Bloon costs 1 less Gold, and Quick Ready the same cost, and can potentially move a higher damaging Bloon to zero delay.
Players seeking to evade Adora tend to use Ability Ban, which costs 2 Gold, so the remaining Gold can be bought for other things.
Having guaranteed healing (e.g Quick Break) or continuous healing (e.g. Jungle's Bounty Druid over multiple turns) can deter the opponent from using MOAB Strike. It may also help to keep your health above 100 (or, after leaks, have more than 100 lives), otherwise your opponent can instantly defeat you.
